At the Host Institution
How to make changes to your schedule of courses:
If you add/drop classes while at the host institution, please make sure that any changes are reflected in your records at Boğaziçi University by submitting an E-Petition.
How to extend your exchange:

| Quarter system | Maximum 2 quarters |
| Semester system | Maximum 1 semester |
If you wish to extend your stay, you must:
- Speak with your academic advisor in your department at the host institution about extending your stay.
- Contact your exchange advisor at the Office of International Relations. Permission is based on factors such as number of students allowed to attend from Boğaziçi University at the host institution according to the Exchange Agreement, and whether there are students who have been accepted for the coming term.
In case of a positive answer, you will not be funded by YÖK for the extended duration.
