Transcripts

You can view your transcript by logging into your Boğaziçi University account.

Two official copies of your transcript will be sent to your home institution after you have completed your period of study at Boğaziçi University.

• The transcript shows both your Boğaziçi University course credits and the ECTS credits.
• Because transcripts are official documents, they cannot be sent by e-mail, and can only be sent to the home university.
• Additional copies can be requested from the Registrar's Office by sending an email to registr@boun.edu.tr

Timeline of events in a typical year

• 31 May: Last day of exams.
• 14 June: Deadline for instructors to submit all grades for their classes.
• Late June, the Registrar's Office receives the grades, creates the transcripts, and prints them out.
• Early July: The Office of International Relations receives the transcripts and begins sending them out.
