Before You Go

1. You must attend one of the "Before You Go" information sessions organized by our Office. |
| 2. Download all of the required documents from the official Mevlana Exchange website. Fill out the documents and have them signed. |
| 3. Submit you Exchange E-petition. Your Exchange E-petition also will function as your Leave of Absence petition; therefore, you will not need to fill in a separate Leave of Absence E-petition |
| 4. If you are receiving any grants from the KYK or other institutions, it is your responsibility to check with them to see if they have any additional requirements or obligations. |
| 5. If you are staying in any of Boğaziçi University's dormitories, please contact the Yurtlar Müdürlüğü to reserve your dorm room for your return; otherwise you may lose your place. |
